P&G Admissions Advisors are led by two graduates of the University of California, Irvine’s Independent Educational Consultant Certificate Program, which consists of in-depth study of the college admission process. As parents who recently assisted their own children with the college search and selection process, the professionals at P&G Admissions Advisors have amassed valuable insight through their studies and through their life experiences.

Patricia Gagliardi

Patricia Gagliardi is an independent educational consultant who has practiced law, coached youth sports, and served on three different school boards. Patricia earned a BA in Communication from Rutgers University and a JD from The Dickinson School of Law. Patricia practiced law for several years with one of New Jersey’s major firms. As a school board member over the past 20 years she has focused on student - centered strategic planning for various schools and school systems. Patricia volunteered at a local high school’s college admissions office and worked with juniors and seniors with learning differences. Patricia is a certified Wow Writing coach, helping students to express their unique voices through their college essays. She enjoys guiding each student through the application process and creating individualized college lists. Patricia is dedicated to identifying colleges that provide the right fit academically, socially and financially.

Donna Pinto

Donna Pinto is an independent educational consultant who holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from CUNY Baruch College. Donna, a former Nursing Home Administrator, melds together her managerial and organizational skills with her knowledge of the college admission process to provide students with a structured approach to the college application process. Donna is certified in the Wow Writing Method helping students write great college application essays. Donna was the president of the parent organizations of her childrens’ schools and thoroughly enjoys working with high school students.  Her desire is to work with the student and his/her family to alleviate the stress and anxiety associated with the college application process and create a list of schools where the student will academically succeed and be happy.
